Submission Guidelines

  • Authors must submit original, unpublished work that is not under review at any other conference, workshop, or journal.
  • Manuscripts should be written in English and formatted using the standard IEEE two-column conference template.
  • Maximum length: 6 pages (one additional page allowed with an extra fee of €100).
  • Submissions will be managed via the EasyChair platform (submission link will be announced soon).
  • Accepted papers will be included in the official conference proceedings.
